Welcome to The Natural Food Deli
A health food café, restaurant, and occasional bar, in the heart of The South Downs, in the market town of Petersfield, Hampshire.
Since 2012, we have specialised in healthy, wholesome food and drink, using locally sourced seasonal ingredients (where possible) from within 50 miles. Our menu is made up of drinks and dishes that all start with health at their heart, and include a range of vegetarian and vegan options alongside more traditional dishes, as well as a range of gluten-free options. All our coffee is locally roasted by River Coffee.

We're pleased to be able to offer table reservations to our customers so you can relax, knowing your table will be ready for you to enjoy when you arrive. We especially recommend booking on Friday's and Saturdays to avoid disappointment, as we do get a higher volume of walk-ins, especially in the Summer months. ​

We are proud to be the first and only hospitality sector employer in Petersfield and surrounding areas that has received Living Wage Foundation accreditation, on 7th March 2024. Great find. I have been meeting a friend in Petersfield for many years as it’s half way for us both. But this is our first visit. Very friendly. Seriously good food. A proper pot of Earl Grey tea. The soup of the day was excellent.

What a great find this is. The food was fresh and very tasty, I had three kinds of salads with quiche of the day which was just fabulous. The flavours and fresh herbs used made me want to try and replicate them at home they were so good. The staff were also lovely and friendly too

Absolutely gorgeous food. Myself and a friend enjoyed a veggie breakfast, a juice and a ‘real’ hot chocolate. Generous portions and super fast service. Staff and owner made us feel really welcome and it had the most magical atmosphere.
